As the cost of living continues to rise, it seems that many people are cutting corners with eliminating health coverage. Most of those people, especially small business owners and employees, do not have a choice since premiums are so expensive. Democratic Presidential hopeful Barack Obama proposed a plan that would provide $6 billion each year of tax credits to small businesses that have health coverage.
