Very interesting and eye opening video. Most small business owners are so passionate about what they do on a daily basis they may overlook collecting their hard earned money. I sometimes keep putting off sending the invoices to my clients until 3 months after signing off a project. Now I am doing better but taking care of that side of my business by sending invoices on a weekly base when the job is done and both parties satisfied with the result.
Indeed without cash flow, you really only have your passion left not a business.
