I agree, but the Irish Internet market is going backwards, Ireland will be in recession till 2011, the web is the way forward, and customer service is key!

Nice Job Abby, I believe that in the current economy businesses have the choice to either use information technology to improve their marketing or get buried by those that do. For me the challenge is staying on top of what is available. I look at the investment companies like Victoria Secret and Jockey make in their internet marketing and it is obvious that they see the trend.
