Great tips! However, I believe you missed one important thing in regards to a businesses website security and that is PCI compliant scanning. This type of scanning is now required by the major credit card companies if a website accepts credit cards. PCI scanning looks for and reports any security holes in a website. Even if the website does not accept credit cards, we recommend scanning for any business not wanting to lose online data.
